Director of Ho Chi Minh City Digital Transformation Center (HCMC – DXCENTER)

Mrs. Vo Thi Trung Trinh is the Director of Ho Chi Minh City Digital Transformation Center (HCMC – DXCENTER). The HCMC – DXCENTER was established in 2024 and is a public service agency under the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City. The Center has the function of performing tasks of deploying and implementing digital transformation and smart city programs, projects and plans; Providing digital transformation support services for state agencies, businesses and organizations.

Previously, she worked for nearly 10 years at the Department of Information and Communications of Ho Chi Minh City as a Deputy Director in charge of deploying information technology applications, ensuring information security and promoting digital transformation in the city and nearly 18 years of Ho Chi Minh City Department of Planning and Investment with the development and management of information systems.

She has more than 29 years of working experience in the field of management information systems, information analysis and administrative reform. She holds a Master’s degree, majoring in International Trade from Swinburne University of Technology, Australia. Her main research fields are innovation in the public sector, international trade, digital transformation, smart and sustainable city development.
