General Secretary To Lam also emphasized in the Resolution on policies, human resources, infrastructure, data and strategic technology are the focuses and cores that need to be perfected and one step ahead. In particular, enriching and maximizing the exploitation potential of data, tranforming data into core production assets, and at the same time strongly developing the application of Ai based on big data for important industries and fields for Vietnam to become a high-income developed country, powerful and prosperous by 2045.
